Hurricane Relief: Partnering with Convoy of Hope!

Our hearts break as devastating hurricanes Helene and Milton hit the East Coast. In times like these, we believe that the Church is called to step up and make a difference. As followers of Christ, we are called to be His hands and feet, bringing hope and practical help to those in need.

Bara Church is partnering with Convoy of Hope, a faith-based organization that has been serving vulnerable communities in over 130 countries for more than 20 years. Convoy of Hope has a stellar reputation, consistently earning the highest rating—four stars—from Charity Navigator. They have also been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Top 100 Charities. Through partnerships with local churches, businesses, and government agencies, Convoy of Hope provides food, aid, and disaster relief, making a tangible impact in communities suffering from disasters like these hurricanes.

Why We Help

As Christians, we are called to show God’s love in times of need. The Bible reminds us in Matthew 25:35, "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in." This is our mission: to meet the physical and spiritual needs of those affected by these storms.

How You Can Get Involved

We are asking for your help. If you feel led to contribute, you can give directly to our “Hurricane Relief Fund” through Bara Church. 100% of all donations will go to Convoy of Hope to support their ongoing efforts on the ground, bringing food, water, and relief supplies to those who need them most.

Together, we can make a difference and bring hope in the midst of the storm.
